The play tells the story of Jung Seo-yeon, who accidentally has 9.9 billion in cash, and Kang Tae-woo, who faces Jung Seo-yeon in order to find out the truth about his brother's death. Kang Tae-woo will play Kang Tae-woo in the play. Before he was framed and left the police station, he was a "mad bull" who didn't care about what was around him and rushed as soon as he smelled the smell of an incident. When he left the police profession that he firmly believed was his vocation, he had no hope and no goals, and spent his days in emptiness. His only pride - his brother died. In order to find out the cause of his brother's death, he met Jung Seo-yeon (played by Cho Yeo-jin).
