The story tells the dark story of an evil nurse. The protagonist Abby Russell (Paz de la Huerta) is a head nurse. She looks innocent during the day, but at night, she reveals her true colors, seducing men with sexiness and exposing their wretched true colors with cruel deaths. The new young nurse Dani (Katrina Bowden) becomes Abby's prey. After a night of partying in the bar, Dani is taken home by Abby for sex. However, Dani, who already has a boyfriend, rejects Abby's love, and then a series of horror events begin to happen around her. Dani begins to suspect that all this is related to Abby.
