Description：Pilot Dax (John Travolta) and Hill (Christian Slater) have been partners for many years. Although they performed well, they were not promoted. Unconvinced Dex decided to use his own means to get it back from the government. So, during a mission, Dex knocked Hill out of the cabin in order to hijack two nuclear bombs on a stealth plane. Fortunately, Hill had a parachute and survived. After Dex got the nuclear bomb, he demanded a huge ransom from the government, otherwise he would detonate the nuclear bomb in the city. On the other hand, Hill and the beautiful policewoman Terry (Samantha Mathis) are trying their best to chase Dax and get the nuclear bomb back!
