Pang Hui (Louis Koo), Bao Shan (Simon Yam) and Mok Chung Yuen (Sun Honglei) are three good friends who are suffering from social, family and economic pressures. One night, the three chatted in a bar and discussed ways to change the status quo. A mysterious old man named Chen Fushui left clues, which brought them a treasure hunt adventure. Mok Chung Yuen cracked the code left by the old man and found that the treasure was hidden in the basement of the Legislative Council. The three prepared and decided to take risks to find the treasure. However, just when they were about to make a fortune, detective Zheng Wen (Lin Jiadong) came to hunt them down. He, Pang Hui and Bao Shan’s wife (Kelly Lam) seemed to have a secret.
