The film tells the story of Wang Wenzhong (played by Wang Taili) and Ye Mingzhu (played by Liu Yan) who work as tour guides in Mengba with their younger brother (played by Wang Luojia). The travel agency they set up is called Sanshun SSS, which means smooth sailing and happiness. However, fate played a big joke on them. "Sanshun SSS" became the hilarious "three fools". They were mistakenly mistaken for international bodyguards by Professor Chen (played by He Shaohong) who came to attend the medical summit.
