The annual National Killing Day is coming, and at the same time, the US presidential election is in full swing. On one side is Edwidge Owens, the spokesperson for the NFFA who founded and promoted the National Killing Day, and on the other side is Charlie Rowan (Elizabeth Mitchell), a female senator whose family was taken away by this terrible killing. Charlie wants to abolish the National Killing Day at all costs, so she becomes a thorn in the eyes of the NFFA, and the other side plans to take her life on the night of the killing. The strong Charlie insists on staying at home that night, while her security director Leo (Frank Grillo) is fully prepared to deal with opponents from all sides.
