Action movie star Billy (Bruce Lee & Tang Long) has been harassed frequently recently. It turns out that Dr. Rand, the leader of the evil group, intends to control the international fighting competition held in Macau and hopes that Billy can join the gang. However, Billy's refusal makes them furious. Billy and his girlfriend Ann, a singer, are traveling together and are intercepted and beaten by Rand's gang. Billy decides to fight back, but has to endure it because he is worried about his girlfriend's safety. Soon, Billy is ambushed on the set and suffers facial injuries. Then he uses the trick to release the news of his death to paralyze Rand. During the fighting competition, Billy sneaks into Macau and defeats Rand's players, bankrupting his plan. Then Billy goes to the core building of the Rand gang alone and defeats his enemies in layers of challenges... This film was reshot after Bruce Lee's death using footage shot during his lifetime. In most of the shots, the role of Billy is played by Tang Long.
