Introduction
The film follows LAPD patrol veteran Ray Mandel and rookie Nick Holland as they pursue two killers on the loose. With the killers on the loose and looking for more, Mandel and Holland must battle their way through a dangerous city. As night falls, Mandel and Holland roam the dangerous streets of Los Angeles in their police car. With only a few thin layers of metal and glass for protection, they race against time to find the missing girl.
