Steve Coogan of "Greed" and "Happiness Is Hard" has confirmed to star in BBC1's drama "The Reckoning", challenging a controversial "scandal-type" story. This project has been questioned since it was confirmed in October 2020, but now with the confirmation of Steve's casting, the show remains on track. The series focuses on the story of Jimmy Savile. As a TV celebrity who was the first generation of disc jockeys and veteran music program hosts, Jimmy once enjoyed many achievements and was awarded the Order of the British Empire; but after his death at the age of 84 in 2011, an investigation by a documentary in 2012 revealed an uglier fact: since the 1960s, he has begun to engage in inappropriate contact with minors.
