The film tells the story of how many years ago, Zhang Shanhe (played by Jordan Chan), the boss of Kowloon, was imprisoned for fighting with others. His wife was so sad that she died prematurely during childbirth, leaving her daughter to grow up in an orphanage. Many years later, Zhang Shanhe was released from prison and decided to retire and raise his daughter alone. However, in order to save his former brother, the gangster boss Tari died accidentally, which led to Tari's younger brother Chanon (played by Sam Lee)'s crazy revenge. His brother was killed and his daughter was kidnapped. In order to save his daughter, Zhang Shanhe started a hunting duel with criminals.
