Small theater actor Sakurai Takeshi (Masato Sakai) has struggled for many years but never made a breakthrough. He is poor and frustrated in love. He is so desperate that he can't even commit suicide. In desperation, he has to go to the public bath to take a bath, but he accidentally slips on a strange man with a soap. The man fainted, and Sakurai stole the other's locker key. From then on, he changed his name to Kondo and lived a rich life that he never dared to reach. However, what he could never imagine was that Kondo (Teruyuki Kagawa) was a cold-blooded killer who was famous in the underworld. After that, Sakurai had to take over the commission from the underworld and bite the bullet to make a living by killing people. At the same time, Kondo, who woke up from the hospital, lost his memory and mistakenly thought that he was Sakurai who was desperate. With the help of the beautiful woman Mizushima Sanae (Ryoko Hirosue) who met by chance, he gradually re-recognized himself as an actor and struggled to explore the direction of progress. In the process, his and Sanae's hearts also quietly changed. And when his memory was restored, the fate of the three people became entangled together... The film won the eighth place in the 2012 Japanese Film Junpo Top Ten Films.
