Naz (Riz Ahmed), a high school student born in a Pakistani immigrant family, secretly drove his father's taxi to a party where a friend failed to meet. He got lost on the way and anxiously picked up Angela (Sofia Black-D'Elia), a girl with a lonely and desperate expression. On the neon-lit beach, the two exchanged their feelings. Naz returned home with the other party, and everything happened naturally in the psychedelic atmosphere. But when he woke up, he found that Angela had been brutally murdered.
