The story takes place in the bustling metropolis of New York. Garde (Ingrid Bolsø Berdal) is a professional model with a sexy figure and angelic looks, active on fashion shows and magazine covers. Maria (Katja Riemann) is gentle and virtuous, raising her children alone, and is a strong and optimistic single mother. These two people who seem to have nothing in common, their lives are firmly tied together because of a man named Nick (Haluk Bilginer). They were both blind and had a failed marriage with Nick, and according to the prenuptial agreement, both were placed by Nick in a luxury penthouse apartment in Manhattan. Between two women with very different personalities, the war is imminent.
