Musician Arus (played by Idel) is dissatisfied with his brother's way of taking care of his mother (played by Badma) who suffers from Alzheimer's disease, so he decides to take her back to the grassland to find the home in her memory. In order to prevent his mother from getting lost, Arus ties a rope around their waists. The umbilical cord-like connection establishes a wonderful "reversed" mother-son relationship, leading the two to roam deep into the grassland. When love turns from a bond to understanding and freedom, his mother finally returns to her hometown in her heart, and Arus also gains peace and the power of love.
